Basic Donut Holes Recipe

This is a basic drop donut recipe that turns out to taste exactly like donut holes. I coated mine with cinnamon sugar but powdered sugar or some type of glaze certainly works as well! The recipe is from food.com and i just want to spread it around because it is absolutely, 100% delicious!

• 2 c. sifted flour
• 1/3 c. sugar
• 3 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 egg, beaten
• 3/4 c. milk
• 3 tbs oil
• oil for frying

1. Combine all wet ingredients.
2. Combine all dry ingredients.
3. Mix together with a spatula and using two spoons, make a small ball, about a teaspoon (once in the fryer it will puff up) and drop into the fryer.
4. Place on paper towel or brown paper bag to drain and roll in desired coating.

This recipe is so simple and quick to make! Go put down whatever you are doing and make these donut holes!
