These molten sesame lava cheese tarts are creamy, nutty, and delicious! It is also very easy to make, especially if you use store-bought dough like I did. These tarts are inspired by Japan’s molten lava cheese tart. You can control the degree of “lava-ness” after it is baked. For a very molten one, eat it immediately. For a semi-molten, chill for 10 minutes, and for a firm tart, chill for 1 hour. The recipe yields 14 small tarts. To make this, you will need:
